Agent Training

Today we began our first of many workshops to help our newer agents become the best they can.
After a discussion surrounding their "New Agent Manual", we discussed and listed areas where more personal attention would be helpful. We focused on isolating topics of interest for future workshops.
I want to take this opportunity to send out an open invitiation to all agents in the office to attend any and all workshops. If you think you need help or could offer assistance to others, please join us. We can all learn from one another!
