Our new "SPIRIT AWARD" will be given each month to the person in the Collegeville office who has done something outstanding to foster the SPIRIT and advancement of the office. The recipient will be given the office Bald Eagle to display in their work space for a month. As you notice something someone has done that is above and beyond the call of duty, please take the opportunity to let us all know. Post it to the blog.
The first recipient of the Eagle is Nancy Radcliffe. She has truly displayed a desire to advance the office through recruiting, policy and fostering a positive atmosphere.
