Where's the STATUS CHANGE form?

After a cross review of Trend vs Crest Edg, many inconsistenancies have been noticed.

We are not getting status change forms as things change with your listings, etc. As you update Trend, you must fill out the form and pass it along to Emily so that Crest can be updated as well. Your information in coldwellbanker.com is only as good as what you give us.

We have 44 listings in Trend. Of those 44:

7 are not in Crest (no photos), therefore not on cb.com - must have 6

1 is expired in Crest, therefore not on cb.com

12 have the wrong price in Crest, therefore on cb.com.

That amounts to a problem of some sort with almost 1/2 of our listings on Crest!

As your clients check coldwellbanker.com for their home (and they will), they are sure to notice these issues.

You must fill out the status change and give it to Emily with every change you make.

Let's keep the system accurate, and make our clients aware of the fact that you and we are on top of things.
